DIY cheap Remote Control for VW T6 Webasto – Trailer (Info + Link)

Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on a simple DIY solution to add remote control ON/OFF functionality to the factory Webasto heater in the VW T6 (Thermo Top style roof unit).
This mod lets you trigger the heater with an inexpensive remote controller without needing an official Telestart, and I recorded a short trailer showing how it works.

I’m not affiliated with Volkswagen or Webasto — this is just a project I built and documented for anyone interested.
