I have had my last 2 Chinese heaters under the van, with little probs. but a few excursions in to deeper water doesnt seem to agree with them :-( so i plan to fit next one under one of the front seats. i am wondering if i can mount it straight to floor or if it needs to go on a 'turret'plate i think its called (obviously cutting floor matt out of way and venting outside)
