Non-refundable when they are allegedly busy and good at what they do? Doesn’t stack up at all.
Tie that in with the fact they are now influencers - again, if you’re good at being a mechanic you’re surely too busy with actual mechanic work and you don’t need to be all over the socials? Would make me wonder how much of the wait is due to filming.
Maybe that’s just me being old and not liking big tech and all that comes with it?
I also see from posts on aftermarket headlight units they are happy to take money but apparently offer radio silence when the units develop a fault.
I’d tell them to spin personally. Just my opinion, anyone should feel free to suck up whatever they want. Life’s short
