Van went into Vw to investigate error codes that VW assist had cleared. Took two weeks to book it in, got there and they said they couldn’t do anything? After a polite chat with the manager the van went into the workshop and a faulty battery was detected. Was told there weren’t any batteries in the country so it’s on back order drivers door seal needed changing which I thought would be an easy fix, went to collect van took a look at the new seal to see that they had let the local butcher fit it! (See pics) at least I got a free can of coke whilst I was there. Honestly though fellow VW members what do you think my next plan of action should be, I have spoken with them to say the quality of work is shocking. Now worried to leave it with them again

no batteries in the country ................... yipes .........mine is in vw for investigations about flat batteries and i need it back .....................
