Hi all.
I'm fighting with a very odd issue. I have done the cylinder head repair because of the timing collision for my customer. It's a 2014 2.0 tdi CAAB transporter. It was running perfectly without any problems. It was starting like it should. After a few days when I wanted to do final checks in the van, it just won't start. Sometimes it will start like there is no problem at all and will die randomly. But mostly it doesn't start at all. I fought that this problem might be because of the hydraulic tappets that were replaced and got stuck slightly open when reparked last time. But that is not the case. There are no fault codes anywhere. All sensors, keys, and pressures are as should be. The only odd thing is that when I try to start it with an easy start it will when I will close the intake with my hand.
I will be grateful for pointers on where to go next.
