Cutting Motexion

I got a Motexion Bulkhead, my T6 is plylined and carpeted (not the floor) and instead of getting the ply cut back etc (the wheel arches are also boxed) I have decided to cut the bulkhead down instead as I don't intend to have it as a perminant fixture (just fit it in when going out with family etc, but not have it in when using it for my work).
This means cutting most if not all of the 'sides' of the bulkhead off (leaving a little 'tag' to enable me to screw it to the ply.
So there's quite some major cutting to do..... Has anyone cut one of these? Is it a difficult material to cut? What is best to use to cut it?

You could saw it by hand but imagine it would be a pain in the ass to get any profiles on it, the plastic is not too thick a jigsaw or recip saw with a fine blade would cut it ok
