Ctek 250se changing leisure battery to lithium

Hi, I’m just changing my leisure battery from an AGM to a Lithium Ion. Does anyone know if the ctek 250se needs connecting differently ? I’m trying to make sense of the instruction manual and can’t find anything else online at the moment. Thanks in advance. It does have a smart alternator.

You need to change the black battery select cable from “earth” to +12v
