Cross headed clip removal

Item 10 I believe . It’s a raised cross on the head but is this just a pin to be pulled up to release the button ? Not unscrewed ? Intercooler hose so guess it’s an airflow sensor housing ?

Looks like the end of a rivet to me - quick way of peining.

Definitely plastic and from the diagram item 10 just looks like the normal push/ pull pin fitting . I’m guessing the cross is to make the head stronger for extraction .

They're always pretty tight to remove, especially when they've been on for so long untouched..

Good spray of something lubricant wise, and a decent pair of pliers / grips with a twist usually works.

@AndyS9 are you trying to take the hose off for your intercooler woes?
The hose clamp (item 6) should be reasonably easy, its where I disconnected mine. The clamp isn't a standard jubilee type as it has small teeth that grip the rubber but these can be gently prised out if required.
I believe the fastener for the clamp is here, circled red.
