Cross climate on T32

Do tyres for the transporter need to be specifically made for a van. I have seen some SUV tyres; Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/65/17 with a load rating of 108. I have a T32 and my last set were dedicated van tyres (continental)​

I have these on for about 3 years and they are lasting well, front wearing slightly faster so rotated. My van is also a T32: 204 DSG.
