Hi everybody,
I'm trying to retrofit this kind of rails.

I bought the brand new OEM rails. And drilled the holes. Everything was smooth.
But to protect naked metal I used Zink-Spary Weicon

The results is following:

And also I added some of spray from the inside:

I have added 3 layers with waiting about a day between applications.
I will continue with application of the rails with using Sikaflex 522, will apply it around the perimeter of the rails.
The question: Is it ok how I did it?
I just realized it is better to apply the primer (zink) by brush instead of spray.. And better to use epoxy based primer I think.. So now I'm worrying - maybe I need to remove my current zink spray and apply the epoxy one? Or it is enought?
