Well I am not that keen on mushrooms either nor sea insects, prawns and the like! Love oily fish Mackrell Great looking Salmon by the way. I believe that farmed salmon has done a lot of damage to the environment and wildlife and have stopped buying farmed salmon all together.

You’re wise not to eat the salmon you buy in the supermarkets. It’s farmed and one of THE most toxic thing you can eat.
It’s farming has had a devastating impact on our wild salmon stocks.
The huge mushrooms in that pic are CEPs or penny buns. They are supposedly THE tastiest mushrooms you can eat. Very highly sought after by chefs.
So are the yellow ones they are chanterelles. Apparently have a nutty taste.
Like I said I hate the things. So this is what I’ve been told and read.
