Hello, does anyone have a latch 4004020380 they don’t need and would like to sell to me?

I’ve emailed VW commercial for a quote, but so far I’ve heard nothing back

Hi,

It looks like someone’s pulled to hard when opening and the plastic pivot points have broken away. I’ve still not managed to find a spare from a breakers yard or spares site. Think I’m going to have to order the whole door and latch from VW.

Yeah I’ve had no luck sourcing a 2nd hand one either, & I’m reluctant to buy new at nearly £130 when it’s just the latch part I’m missing

Where did you get quoted £130?

I think LLL Parts was about £130 & TPS was closer to the £140. I’ve never delt with LLL Parts so don’t know if there would be postage on top of that.
