Clunking when releasing accelerator, in gear

Finally got round to a trip in the van after a year or so. Turns out having children takes up quite a lot of time.

About a mile from the campsite in Coniston, a clunking/rattling noise has developed when releasing the accelerator, whilst the van is still in gear. Very noticeable.

Recent work on the van in the last couple hundred miles:

-MOT, Service (29th June)
-Starter motor replacement
-AC re-gas
-Brake fluid
-Wheel alignment
-Clutch, DMF, release bearing, gearbox mounts inspection, crank seals.

So a few things have been disturbed. My greatest fear is the DMF has either failed after only a couple hundred miles or it's been installed incorrectly.

Obviously I'll be taking it back to the garage, who have been excellent on the van so far.

Is there anything I should rule out before jumping straight for the DMF?

Watching with interested as mine has just developed a distinctive click noise when pressing/releasing the accelerator. Drives and changes gear fine and only noticed when the windows were down. No idea where to start...

Found a missing bolt that attaches the front engine mount to the subframe...

It's booked in at the garage in a couple weeks but going in tomorrow to have a chat about whether or not these bolts were removed to drop the subframe for gearbox removal, clutch and dmf.....

(I won't be driving the van until it's bolted up properly needless to say)

I can move this mount, and everything that's attached behind it with one finger. So I imagine the torque through the drivetrain shifting the mount could well be the clattering noise on deceleration.
