Charging leisure battery from portable solar panels

@Sackmycook and @Dellmassive (or anyone else), I've come across my first hurdle. I've cut the solar extension cable (the one mentioned by @Sackmycook above, only to discover it has a single core with a sheath. I was expecting 2 cables to connect to the + and - of the MPPT controller. Any advise please? MTIA.

Finished, or at least electric side is. I've refitted drivers seat and swivel base - just need to refit passenger side tomorrow. Please feel free to ask any questions. The components I used were:
  • Victron SmartSolar MPPT Charge Controller 75/15
  • AMC Single Core Thin Wall Cable - 3.0mm² 33A (3m red, 3m black)
  • Inline Splashproof Standard Blade Fuse Holder (30A)
  • 1 off butt crimp terminal (yellow)
  • 2 off 8mm ring terminals (yellow)
  • Cloth tape
All above available from 12 Volt Planet, were most helpful.

Finally, the connection to the portable solar panel will be spcific to the panel, but for my Jackery SolerSaga I purchased a MEIRIYFA DC8020 Power Pigtail Cable (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0FX3N2J36?ref_=pe_109253361_1103576791_t_fed_asin_title)

The only other things are timber/brackets etc. to mount MPPT controller and also crimping tool if don't already have one (basic one is less than £6 from Toolstation).
