charge cooler

Hello, I'm looking at a 2018 T6, it has average miles for it's age, but the engine has suffered a faulty charge cooler which resulted in water in cylinder 3.
The owner has had the engine completely rebuilt including new clutch, mass fly wheel and alternator. I've seen the receipts and I've spoken to the garage that did the work.
The engine has done about three hundred miles since the rebuild, I've driven it and it start and drives very well and pulls like a train.
Are these charge coolers a weak point on these engines? Is there anything I should look out for on a rebuilt engine?
