Carpet lining - how do you do this part

My van has plastic covers over the holes - I think the trim pieces are different between the SWB and LWB. Mine is SWB.
The part codes are on the forum somewhere - perhaps do a search. (I posted those for the SWB!)

Oh, and its best to tape over the small round holes to stop dust being blown through and marking the carpet, particularly on light coloured carpet.

Rear Pillar Lining.
