I am looking for a cargo tie down point to add another one to the back of my van to tie a motorbike down to. Up to £15 inc postage for something that looks like new.

Yes I had tried a couple of offers for that item but they kept declining them ( I'm finding a lot of 'make an offer' offerers are only accepting minute amounts off the buy it now price, like 50p cheaper)
Mark (Fezza68) has made me an offer I couldn't refuse, and I'd rather buy off someone on here if I can.
