Caravelle "Executive" table

I've seen this table advertised for sale as a Caravelle "Executive" table. It looks more useful than the round table in my T6, but I"m not sure it's even a genuine VW part, never mind that it will fit in my T6. There are some differences compared to the T7 Multivan square table, so I don't think it's one of those. Any ideas?

OK, so more generally speaking, is there any after market creation for replacing or extending the table in the multivan so it becomes more of a wider/deeper desk for mobile office use?

Not really. You can look at camper van solutions and get a larger table/desk.table hidden in the sliding door the first coming to my mind.
