Camping with an Ovano setup

I’ve started to think about what I need to buy to use the Van for camping.

We are planning to tour Switzerland next year which will be our first ever trip in the van.

I want to keep the practicality of the Van for beach use and general stuff, so I’m considering an Ovano system as it can be removed when we are not using the Van for camping.

We are having a Pop Top fitted and leisure battery installation.

I’m not sure what I need for general stuff like food, cooking equipment etc.

I will get an awning so we have space.

What things would you advise?

Ie, what type of cool box or is there a mini fridge that fits in an Ovano setup!

What type of stove?

I’m a complete newbie at all this, so any tips and advice would be very welcome!

We have a Quest triple power 45 ltr 'chest' fridge. It isn't the smallest item, but is nice as the top entry to the fridge allows 2 ltrs bottles of water/pop and you can fill it with food and drink. It's a darn site cheaper than a small fridge you get in most campers and with it being top access, you don't have to worry about things falling out, and importantly the cold air escaping when you open the door.
Ours gets turned on, on the mains a day before we travel, works off the vehicle 12v power on the move and gas when we are at the campsite.
