Camp Bestival

We have booked to go to Camp bestival in Dorset this July, we are staying in our camper van in field A, it’s our first time and would appreciate any recommendations. What should we take and is there a good place to park in field A. Any other tips and advise would be appreciated.

Not sure about Camp Bestival, I've been to a couple of festivals and I'd say a few essentials could be;

Wet wipes
Antibacterial wipes
Waterproof coat / trousers
Cans of beer - no glass allowed on site
Snacks / fruit etc
Something easy for breakfast - cereal / pancakes / pre cooked bacon
Loo roll
Good hoodie / jumper
Wellies
Good umbrella
Portable toilet
Festival trolley - not essential but a good chill out area for the little ones in the evening
Camp chairs
Picnic blanket
Sun cream
Dry shampoo for the ladies
Blanket for the evening if you have little ones - gets chilly during the summer festivals
