Can't be bothered... hang on... right, after watching a few YT videos to try and get my head around phone photography I'm finding that the used Xiaomi 15 Ultra I've splashed out on is considerably more featured than I am.
Don't get me wrong I'm willing to try to learn but as a pensioner a lot of the terminology leaves me head scratching let alone venturing into the Pro menu where everything seems to be adjustable.
Any input will be appreciated as I'd like to bung a few arty rather than workmanlike pics on the forum and apparently this phone is capable of that... unlike myself.
Garden lights now look like a Chef and Brewer car park...

Yup, they're just the sort of thing but if I don't sound too needy what am I aiming for in terms of ISO, f stops etc. as the Xiaomi has a shed load of variables when you swipe the secret menus and I'm still at the floundering stage.

Have a search for Exposure Triangle, which will help understand the relationship between shutter speed, aperture & ISO and how changing one setting affects the others

iPhones can also do f-stop ISO etc.

I'll be honest I've never owned an iPhone but I have used them and used to use an iPad at work, found them a bit icky and prefer Android but if I'm honest that's probably more a case of more choice with Android devices and not wanting to support creepy business model Apple in any way.
I'm watching and reading stuff online and some of it's starting to sink in... slowly.
