California Beach leisure battery functions

Hi all. Hoping to pick up a 66 plate T6 California Beach later this week. When we viewed it there appeared to be issues with the leisure batteries that the seller is going to resolve, but is there an easy way to check they are working properly? As I understand it the 13a socket behind the passenger seat only works when the van is plugged in to external power. So what does the leisure battery power? Just the cigarette lighter behind the passenger seat and the interior lighting? There is an aftermarket inverter that wasn’t working when we picked it up which only worked when the engine was running so I guess that this should work off the leisure batteries if they are charged. It powers a 12v outlet in the “boot” too. The 13amp socket only works on an electric hookup

The LB powers also the auxiliary heater if fitted and the 12v socket in the roof space

Thanks guys. Will take a lighter adapter with me to check the 12v sockets. The diesel heater also had a power error now I think about it so that’s another thing to verify.
