Going to fit an omnistor awning to my T6, currently got the Cali awning rail fitted and a SCA roof.
I have seen people normally bond and rivnut the brackets, but would like mine to be removable as per Cali.
Has anyone done it? My thoughts where to make a bracket for the awning bracket to bolt to and rivnut it into the position like the Cali but would the SCA roof base take the rivnut' s securely even if I was to bond the adapter mount.
