Cali Ocean 6.1 Inverter Red Led

hey all,

i recently bought a cali ocean 6.1 and i was trying to use the inverter under the driver seat to charge my macbook but it won't work. it gives me a red light. what am i missing? what is wrong with it?

any help is apprechiated.

Is your liesure battery well charged up?

yes. fully charged.

The red LED would normally only come on if tit is overlaoded or faulty. A laptop should not overlaod it.
Is every thing else in the van OK?

everything else works fine. i am trying to use the 70W adapter for the laptop.

Then it sounds like the inverter is faulty. You could try resetting it just in case.

how do i reset it? i forgot to mention that it's blinking red, not constant red.

I’d get the battery checked still as it may be ‘fully charged’ but on its last legs. Also look at www.vwcaliforniaclub.com as its mentioned on there

Perhaps try to charge it via a usb-c 12v supply as another possible option. Depending on how old the MacBook is
