C pillar seat belt panel

I’d like to carpet these covers on the C pillar seat belts but struggling to find the easiest way around it. Any help would be much appreciated

Sadly no, removing the panel and plastic clip is the easy part. The seatbelt still runs through the panel so you have to remove at least one part to feed it through the panel to isolate it but not sure the best and easiest way

Is it not possible to remove the anchor bolt and slide the seal belt through then plastic trim?

From memory the plastic trim unclips from the panel then as PhilH said pass the whole lot through

Unbolt the seatbelt from the van floor, then the seatbelt guide at the top. Remove the plastic cover on the seatbelt guide and it all fits through the gap in the panel. Really easy, two spline bolts.
