Bypass relay installation

I’d like to install a relay for a 7-pin towbar electrics on a T6 Camper Conversion. Issue being, the floor to ceiling cupboard installed in the boot space, blocks access to the housing of the drivers side light cluster to take a feed into the o/s indicator and running lamps. Any other way to access or does the cupboard need to come out? Thanks in advance

Can’t you come up from underneath the OSR bumper? The plastic quarter panel below the light cluster comes off.
Ps. 13 pin electrics all day.

I’ve only just got the vehicle, so not been underneath it yet. But it certainly seems like I viable option. It’s only a piddly little camping trailer so 7 pin is ample, but I take your point 👍🏻

You don’t need to wire in the whole 13 pins, just the ones you need for your trailer. There’s a “cut down” wiring diagram that just wires in the lighting pins. You will future proof the electrics and the 13pin plugs and socket are way more secure and water resistant than the old style 7 pins.
