Bottle Cooler Question

Hey everyone

Getting warmer up in Edinburgh..so i thought id start using my bottle cooler on my comfort pack. I've opened the turney valve..but is there a setting to get cold air into it or is air always flowing into it? Im assuming that the aircon has to be on..but wot about the air direction?
Doesnt feel that strong of a flow...waste of time?

Aircon on and lower vents open, your feet will be freezing but your wine will be cool....... ish

Its piped directly to the cold side of the airbox so the temp setting doesnt matter as only cold can get to it but will need the AC/blower on to move air, the pipe butts up to the rear of the bottle drawer so when its open there will be little to no airflow as the turney thing is pulled away from the outlet
