To all you brake gurus...

Is there a size difference between the splash covers for the 16” chassis brakes (single piston) vrs the bigger 17” chassis (twin piston)?
I know the disc sizes are different (308mm vrs 340mm)

I believe the different part numbers are:

16” chassis splash covers: 7E0 615 311B & 7E0 615 312B

17” chassis splash covers: 7E0 615 311A & 7E0 615 312A

It’s item 4 on both:

As I'm fitting the bigger brakes but they come without the splash guards and I need to understand if I have to spend more cash!!
I also think i need to replace part number 19, as these can only be used once?

Can anyone help please?

Are you doing the REVO brake brake kit

The splash guards aren’t a requirement for an MOT but I would advise you fit them as it will limit the amount of brake crud spread about and they will protect the discs.
The two bolts normally come with a set of brake pads, yes they should be replaced and the old ones binned, not an area for saving money.
