Bench seat wont disengage

Disengage from what ?
Are you removing it from the van ?

Yes pete i folded the seat’s backrest over with the middle toggle then the one’s left and right to fold over then the release bar and it will only slightly move on the right front the left wont move i’ m thinking maybe something has got lodged and stopping it i was taking it out to cut out the bulkhead steel
