Hi after some advice today I took my front bench seat out and replaced with a single seat I had in shed from a t5.1 all was good until I went to plug the connector from seat to van harness in floor then realised they are differen.
so the yellow connector is the harness in my t6 shuttle and black connector is the seat belt connector on the single seat, can I simple get another yellow connector either new or chop the other end from the original bench seat and join wires so I can connect togethe?
as when I started the van to move on drive my airbag light came on.
thanks
Paul

Your old seat has an airbag in it, the new one doesn’t. You need to fool the van into thinking there’s still an airbag present. A resistor across the yellow connector will do this. I think it’s 2.4 ohms but it’s been covered on here so have a search.

Thanks Deaky will do a search, I’m not best with electrics so don’t understand what is meant by a resistor across the yellow connector
