Battery under front chair - Heater

Anyone know what battery is under the driver seat?

I believe its for the heater (webasto/eberspracher)?

My heater panel shows two icons (fan and some heat waves). When in fan mode it just blows cold air. Whats the difference between these two (manual is crap)

I use the heater for warning the engine, but can i use it e.g camping in the vehicle? I think Max time i ca set is two hours, and i guess running it more would just drain the battery?

Didnt get a pic of the fan mode (just a fan illustrated.

It’s a 75a/h AGM battery with a BCM controlled split charge relay.

The fan is just cold air - can be used in summer to cool a little bit before getting into - if activated with a remote or timer.
The heating - just a heating for engine and/or cabin - depends how it has been configured - see the other thread.
Thanks, i beilieve my setup heats both engine and cabin. Is there anyway to heat only cabin or should i look at another solution? I guess som smal propan/butan heater but really unsure on this...

Mine is now configured so that first it heats the engine up to about 35C (which takes about 8 min when -20C) and only after that starts to heat the cabin using van's regular heating: starts the blower, directs hot air to screen, etc.

From the factory it was other way round: cabin first then engine. As soon as realized that, the operation was reversed by the dealer. I'm not sure if it can be configured to be cabin only - even though that's what the dealer said - because it heats the coolant of the engine so I believe it eventually will warm up the engine, too.

Operation of this heater (Webasto) is limited to 2 hours by the control panel so perhaps not ideal for camping. Of course you could set the three timers to operate the heater three two hour shifts - so almost through the night :)
The heater itself draws max 2.7A at full load, and part load 1.0A. In addition to the heater coolant pump and the blower are working, too. I'm guessing they probably take at least 5 Amps. So probably one night won't be a problem - as the starter battery is still intact.

T6 can be equipped even from factory with second heater which is designed to heat cabin only and to be used continuosly - so perhaps a new trip to the dealer for another upgrade ;) - a T6 California?
