Battery set up

We’ve owned a 2016 T6 campervan for nearly 2 years mostly staying on electric hook up but we have last weekend on one night not using hook up had the alarm go off, only thing that was being used was the fridge. We have solar and I have attached pictures of what I can find, but unsure where to start to understand if we should replace the battery. From what I can see we would have to take it to someone to replace it as no idea how to get access to it under the driver seat. The previous left a great crib sheet with loads of details on which says the controller box under the seat will show if the charge is being drawn from solar mains or alternator but as you can see from the photos it’s hard to even see the lights. Any experienced help please as to where we could take the van locally in the northeast / Northumberland area please

2 nuts and 2 bolts to get the drivers seat out. Then you'll be able to get the battery out.

What alarm went off? The vans security alarm?

You might want to take a voltage reading when the suns gone in as at the moment if your solar panel is working correctly then it will be hiding a worn out battery

It was the control panel

it was the Sargent control panel rather than the lights all being lit on the right hand side they were only partially lit so guessing it was warning us the leisure battery was going low and it read under 12-1

Thanks will do that and see what it says it seems to be charging and keeping above 12.1 but we are unsure of how old it is happy to just replace it but need to find somewhere to do it

12.1V is approx 40% SOC on an AGM battery, 12.2V is approx’ 50% SOC which is the maximum discharge, below this irreparable battery damage occurs

And I would add,
Do not worry too much for a 0.1 V difference. That is most likely due to:
- Imprecise instrument in the low Volt range (it is anyway less than 1% error, a class of precision that many multimeters simply don't have) .
- Imperfect probes
-Less than ideal contact of the probes with the battery poles.

If it is a like for like swap, any garage could do it for you.

It should be easy enough to do yourself if you've got a few sockets or spanners.
