Barn door hinge beauty covers

Does anyone know of any covers for the external hinge knuckles on a barn door? Mine are looking a bit tatty but they work.
Or even if someone knows of a 3d print, I can print some off.

I'm about to have a go touching mine up but would be interested to see if there is an option like this.

I’d suggest that the rust issue is addressed before any cover-up is done or it could hide an expensive repair later.

That looks like it's already been painted at some point.

Mine is similar and it's mainly surface rust at so a quick wire wool then some Krust and finally a paint touch up seems to be the order of the day.
The tricky part is making sure the paint doesn't hinder the hinge.
