Backlight for windows switches, headlight switch and parking button not working

This one has me a bit stumped. Customers transporter we have in for some work and when I picked it up noticed some of the backlighting isn’t working.

The window switch module, headlight module and the parking / stop start button. All other buttons are fine.

Looked through fuse diagrams and no joy. Connections are all fine.

Anyone able to help?

Could it not be dark enough for the ambient circuit to activate?

turn the headlights off auto and go full manual and see if anything changes?

Tried in all lighting no joys

Tried that still the same result. Was going to swap out the unit with another van next to test that

Thread 'dashboard dial backlight issues......'

Hi - am a tad perplexed....... the backlights on the dials are not always illuminated. When I turn on the ignition they come on and the dials are illuminated, when I start the engine they go out, although the needles are still illuminated red. When I turn the light switch on to side lights, no illumination but once on dip/full beam setting they come on.

Any help would be much appreciated - thank you all in advance.
