Auto distance problems

Hi all, so I have been having some problems with my van 😩😩 the DSG gearbox is flagging up a spanner on the dash due to implausible data from ABS. The front sensor always shows a message as it’s unavailable I thought it might be down to a speed sensor?? I have had all wheel speed sensors up on screen while driving and all are working even when the spanner shows.
Can anyone shed some light on the error codes ??
Thanks in advance

Does anyone know how many speed sensors are on a T6 I know there are 4 wheel speed sensors.
Is there a particular speed sensor that the front distance radar uses as that’s where the fault code is stored

DSG gearbox is flagging up a spanner on the dash
Have you cleared the fault memory as there are no DSG faults in the scan?
If so please post the scan with all the faults.
What size are the wheels?
I have had all wheel speed sensors up on screen while driving and all are working
Did you also record the data as it might be just a momentary glitch in the data?

The front sensor always shows a message as it’s unavailable
Has it ever worked?
Do you know why the coding of controller 13 - the front radar - is not standard factory coding?

Hi mmi and thanks for the reply, Yes I did clear the faults in the gear box. I will take it for a drive tomorrow and post the scan, it seems to happen around 60mph ?? I did record the data from the wheel sensors and all sending data even at 60mph. The front radar did work it’s only been recently that the error message is on the dash and the gearbox problem was around the same time

What is the coding that isn’t standard?
Address 13: Auto Dist. Reg (J428) Labels:| 7N0-907-572.clb
Part No SW: 7N0 907 572 C HW: 7E0 907 572
Component: ACC Bosch PQx H03 0211
Serial number: 2701180453A38A Dataset Number: 7E0114v____ 0009
Coding: 0000D802FE17FB

Thanks mmi, what I meant was what is it supposed to be ? Just another thing consider and again about the same time and I would assume related to a speed thing there is sometimes a large delay in throttle response when getting back on the gas after a junction. It’s fine if you stop just if you slow down. Below is the scan from this morning at 60mph

what is it supposed to be ?
I believe for your van the
Coding: 00005800FE0779
is how it should be - or to be precise - how it left from factory

I think the culprit is
Code:
10801 - Implausible Data Received from ABS Control Module
that's both DSG and front radar are complaining about.

Could yo please post a blockmap files of engine, DSG, ABS and radar controllers
  • a) ignition on (engine not running)
  • b) engine running
VCDS > Applications > Controller Channel Map >

For "Single controller address" - 01, 02, 03 and 13 (a run for each address)

Tick/fill boxes as above and click Go.

When finished hit "Done, Go Back") and there will be files blockmap-XX-... in folder C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Logs\....

I would agree about the data from the abs unit.
So in my VCDS the measurement blocks is not available? It’s on the screen but greyed out ?

So after google search it’s UDS so no blocks it has to be done on adv meas values and only 12 at a time ?? Is there any specific values you are after ?

. Below is the scan from this morning at 60mph
Really ? Unless you are measuring live values all VCDS tasks should be run stationary with ign on and engine off, no reason to do this on the move

I meant that the gearbox spanner light comes on about 60mph so after a drive up to 60mph this scan was done stationary, sorry for the confusion Pauly

Ok as requested , first ignition on and second lot running
