Are they really worth £40k

It's a hard pill to swallow buying a 3 year old Kombi out of warranty with 30/50k miles for probably £6k less than it was new :cry:

The 2017 TSi kombi was about £37k new, today they're about £30k 8 years later :D
Glad I’ve got a (2018) TSI then - and it was £1k cheaper than the equivalent TDI at the time!

Funnily enough theres a BiTurd motor on the Transit available in the north American market and that blows up fairly frequently. It doesnt start using oil and slowly going downhill,it just grenades and eats itself.

Oh, and the wet belt problems also affect it! :slow rofl:
