Anyone running Oz Rally Raid Legends 17 AT with a lowered van?

Hi,

I have a T32 T6.1 204 DSG it is lowered around 70mm (axle to arch 400mm front, 410mm rear) I’m swapping out the 20’s in search for more comfort generally and whilst towing a caravan.

So my question is rubbing on the arches when using a 235/65/17 wild peak AT tyre at this level of lowering, is anyone running similar or have experience?

'Plenty of info on the forum about these tyres at various heights. You should be fine. I'm 90mm down with no issues on those tyres.
This is on 17 x 8.5j et 34, what wheels are you thinking of using?

So I’m looking at these, but just concerned about being too low with the tyre height and rubbing!

Seems like you will be ok. I’m down about 50mm and it’s perfectly fine. But I also got good advice and had adjustables fitted at the rear.

Really nice looking wheel those.

Thanks! Can I ask with a 50mm drop what your measures are from centre hub to arch?

Ok I found my data:

Vehicle Type: 2021 EU6 T6.1
Load Rating: T30
Ride Height Front: 410mm
Ride Height Rear: 395mm
Front springs: H&R
Rear springs: H&R
Dampers: Koni
Anti-roll bars: Factory
Wheel Size: 17
Tyre size: 235/65 17
Tyre model: Falken Wildpeak
Normal load: fully carpeted & sound deadened. Don't carry any real weight yet. Perhaps Ovano system & towbar to follow
Comfort: There is a slight firmness, but with a soft edge. Better than stock suspension by a long way. Very surprised how it will hold a line on fast sweeping bends
