Anyone Know What These Are Called ?

When the laquer starts yellowing, cracking and letting corrosion start to eat into them they get called lots of things, mostly unrepeatable in print.

I'm afraid i'd agree.
Diamond cut/polished wheels look great when new, but they don't last long.
I've had several sets, and the design of these will chip very quickly, letting the water underneath, causing 'worming' I went from budget polished wheels, to very expensive wheels and they all did the same, in around the same amount of time. The warranty won't cover this type of damage. I contacted Savini in the US to ask why their wheels lasted 3 months before they started corroding, and their response was 'this style of wheel is not meant for winter use' after that I never purchased a set again.
