Anchor points replacement

I have just put down a 15mm hex floor which has the anchor points cut out, thanks to @Vanbus it fits perfectly. What I need to do is raise the anchor points so they sit flush with the floor, I can’t seem to find any aftermarket ones to use for this, the t6.1 I have have two bolts in each one with a D ring, any that may match online only have one bolt hole. Anyone got any ideas where I could source them from and also caps for those I may not use. Thanks in advance.

Hi, do you have the plastic inserts? If so, you just need to add a thin packer below between the plastic cup and the van floor.

if your floor has one threaded insert, I'd fit the single d ring type

No mine is just bolted direct to floor standard panel van, it’s has two bolts, could I get away with using a single bolt plastic insert and just leave one bolt in situ? The single plastic inserts are way cheaper than the double ones and tbh the lashing points won’t be having a huge amount of weight put through them.

Yeah, they are. Not as common I guess.

I think they left the other one empty but best have something in the hole to stop stuff getting in.

I have plastic inserts and single D rings I could supply to you if needed?

Genuine double plastic insert are £8.25 ea. Single D ring plastic insert are £6.75 ea.
