An odd one ...

Has anyone considered a move to a Buzz from a Transporter ? I have a T6.1 Swamper style and am not looking to change it but I do quite fancy a Buzz Swamper Look in all black at some point

I realise that this isnt a Buzz forum though of course ! I like the retro styling and the possibility of doing something really interesting with it while there arnt many of them on the roads

They are a lot smaller than my van even though it is a SWB and the range isnt as good of course but for an every day driver it's a lot more interesting than most cars

We have 2 EVs and I looked at the Buzz. Interesting to look at, but not to drive or pay for.

Decided it was neither fish nor fowl. Too big for typical car duties, too small for a camper, and I'm not into the whole VW especially so the looks weren't enough to excite me, although it did look pleasant.

The van version is a lot less expensive but the spec is relatively poor.

If it floats your boat, fantastic, youll love it for the looks alone. If it doesn't then there are better driving and less expensive alternatives. Depends what tickles your fancy.

Thanks for that Yes when I bought the T6 I looked at them and it was a bit too small for use as a van for what I wanted but we have a different need now and this might fit the bill although it is a bit big to use as an every day car and this is what it would be for We would go for a commercial so they are around 30 plus the vat so still a fair amount of cash but if you compare it to a T6 DSG its not terrible and they are cool in my opinion and I would make a fair number of changes to make it look different. I should also say that I havnt driven one yet but I was amazed how well the T6 drove compared to the Vito I had before so I expect them to be pretty good and when I sold the Vito if one more person said ' its a shame it isnt a VW ' I think I was going to give up so customising a VW does mean you have a bigger audience when you come to sell it
