I’ve taken over all the cooking since my wife had a heart attack a few weeks before Christmas.
So I’ve changed our diets to be more healthy.
All we eat now are fresh vegetables and meat and I cook them in the air fryer. I even bought another air fryer so I’ve got 4 baskets now.
I get venison from the gamekeeper on my fishing beat and he put me on to this place that sells rubs for meat and veg.
It has transformed my food.
The range of spices is amazing and they have some funny names.
I had dirty cow meatballs tonight
and feather duster chicken last night
I’ve spent a fortune on them since and tried over a dozen of them and there’s not one that we don’t like.
Thought some of you guys might be interested in them. Well worth checking out. I’ve started to buy the big tubs of our most used after trying the small tubs. I’ve even gutted a cupboard for them. Still to put the other shelf in
