Alarm Question (Probably Stupid)

Going away in our T6.1 highline. It has a factory alarm I’m told. How do we lock it at night whilst sleeping in it without triggering the alarm

6's have a switch on the B pillar to disable the internal sensors but 6.1s it san only be done via the menu, and has to be done each time you want it which is a ballache.

Nefer needed it myself so cant advise where in the menu it'll be im afraid,

my 6.1 has the button on the b pillar?
but I just use the key fob, much easier.

Could be the classic example of old parts finding their way onto new models to use them up. A handy thing for you.

Then use the lock button. This will lock the doors but not deadlock them, it won’t set the alarm either. We lock the van using the button when setting up, then open the side door from the inside, this won’t unlock the rest of the doors. The side door can then be re-locked using the button above the side door handle.
If I do that and open the slider from the inside with a double pull (unlock then open) if I shut the door and I’m outside then the outside door handle won’t open the door even though it’s unlocked on the inside, until I unlock the van with the fob.
Check yours because it’s very easy to get locked out.

Nope, once unlocked it stays unlocked, inside and out.
