Airlift 3P Fault

I’ve been running Airlift 3P with twin SoLow SHHH compressors without any issue for just under 2 years, and then last week it completely stopped working - it’s as if the manifold and controller are without power. Fortunately the van is at ride height (and stuck there) but it makes me nervous not having the compressors available to top up the bags if needed.

The installer spent all yesterday afternoon trying to diagnose the fault, with no luck. They:
  • checked all three fuses
  • tried a new controller
  • tried a new USB extension cable
  • replaced both relays
  • tried a brand new manifold
  • checked and resoldered the switched live
but nothing worked. All of which leads me to suppose the issue must be with the harness.. but does anyone here have any ideas?

Also, is there a UK agent that deals with warranty claims - or do I have to go via the US support team? Grateful for any advice, as I’m not sure where to go from here.

Thanks

Panic over. Fixed it myself this morning.
Crimp connector on one of the power feeds had come loose - probably during the process of installing a new starter battery last month.

All working fine now.

I am happy that you have resolved your air suspension problem.. It is often the very small things in life that are overlooked yet they might be the very fundamental problem from letting us progress. :) The weakest Link is often the Smallest. A crimp in a box or packet is an uninspiring thing but oh so very important!
