Air intake pipe missing ? What is it

Hi All , bought a t6.1 .. working my way through some issues , it makes a weird noise . Took it to a garage who changed alternator pully but still the same so going somewhere else tomo . I noticed today I appear to have a pipe missing from the bottom of the air box . It looks like part no 24 from the diagram , what is this pipe please and where should it go ? Ignore the red arrow . Many thanks all , oh also have a leak coming from drivers side drive shaft to engine , bearing ? Drama to do or not too bad ?

Yeah, water drain. Wouldn't really expect a noise from it though.

What type of noise you got?

Ok thanks lads , yeah makes sense . Whiney sound mostly noticeable when stationary if I rev it it’s pretty rough sounding on deceleration , have noticed it now while driving also . Had a mechanic look at it and he changed the alternator pully but it’s made no difference

Check cambelt tensioner
