Air Con Excessive Water From Overflow.

Hi all,
I'm new to this and just got my T6 17 plate but after some advise. I have a puddle of water every time under van, the air con is off however there is a constant flow of water from what I have been told is the air con overflow outlet. Just wondered is this right and where does all this water come from. Any ideas? Or is this normal.

Its right, and thats the drain.

The water is condensate, it comes from the atmosphere.

That’s the condensation drain from the aircon system

Many thanks for replying, this seems more common than I thought, panic over, seems odd that why not just extend overflow so it drains out of bottom of van rather that letting the water run all over the chassis.
