Afternoon All

I'm having a dilemma with the Van, to sell or not to sell! We currently only use it travelling 15 miles up the motorway in the morning and 15 miles back (my wife's a teacher) and other than that it does nothing, we spent a fortune on camping gear (pre covid) on the Outdoor Revolution Movelite T5 with all the bells and whistles (carpet, Tent separators, awning kit, canopy, LED lighting you name it) and its really annoying me that it's not all being used so I am curious as I've been asked a few times if I'd consider selling locally but I have no idea what its worth now.

T6 T28Line 65 Plate - 74,000 miles with a very good service history (all stamped etc)
Built by Jopo Customs
Alcantra roof with LED lighting, Ford Custom Rear seats (all individual with seatbelts)
Lowered on Coilover suspension
20" Indesit alloys with 4 good tyres (alloys will be refurbed to tidy up and scuff on rim)FFD39E39-CE5F-41C8-9104-B66A43308272.jpeg897F582A-0364-4BF1-BF75-B224DDFFF6C5.jpegtempImage20wH8y.jpg
Wind deflectors
a VW headunit is fitted but its an upgraded model as it has some extra features (I am told)
reversing camera
bodykit
rear spoiler
windows all around with sliding panels (see photos)
Insulated
extra speakers fitted
Swivel Driver seat
(I do have the passenger swivel and can fit prior to sale)
Upgraded front LED headlights with DRL and dynamic indicators
the list goes on...

Can be sold as the van alone or with the camping gear which cost us just under £2,500 and has been put up in the garden to try and taken down.

Looking for friendly advice :)

Thank you2C42DEEB-E590-42B1-BB99-AD1BE78BEE19.jpeg

Why aren’t you using it for camping ?

Pete

That was the original plan when we thought we'd have plenty of time.... but turns out buying a van doesn't make you any of that!!
And even with this we've ended up booking two static caravan holidays so lesson learnt!

Why not just use it as a good vehicle for your static caravan holidays, or simply getting out and about? You do live in a lovely part of the world with some great beaches nearby.

I guess the only thing you can do (what I would do) is work out the pros and cons of having the van.... would you miss it or could another vehicle suit your needs better?

I think after owning my van, any other vehicle now would just be a boring, soulless car!?

Good luck to you with whatever you decide to do.

Thanks T6ARF, it's not the easiest decision to make! I'm trying to convince the other half to take less away on holidays and she's eyeing up roof boxes! o_O
