Hi Guys, I am hoping to get some advice on my adblue leak issue.
So about 2 months my adblue my check engine light came on and then the adblue countdown after a drive, I plugged in the scanner and the told me that the reductant pressure was too low. Has a look under my van and the pool of adblue on the road confirmed this. So, I did a bit of research as well as trying to locate the leak, which I couldn't pin point, but I found the general area of it. See the photos below.

After poking around, I concluded that the pipe was leaking and got myself a band new part from VW for £130ish, a bargin for a cheap bit of plastic. I took the old one out and replaced the it with new one (easy enough job) and put everything back together and my problem was solved. The leak went away and the countdown switched off.
Fast forward to now, its leaking again. The leak seems to be coming from the same place as before, from the brief look that I had under the van (will get a better look this weekend). I find it strange that the pipe is leaking again after only 2 months, this makes me think the pipe leaking is a result of another issue. Considering where the leak is, I am wondering if it is something to do with the injector being blocked, could this cause a build up in pressure causing the o-rings/ the pipe itself to burst? I would like to get to the bottom of this before I go and drop another £130 on this pipe or worse buy a new injector for £400. Also wordering if bits of crytalised adblue from the tank could make its way down the pipe and block the injector. If anyone has any ideas/experience with this it would be a great help?
Maybe some useful bits of info too:

Maybe some useful bits of info too:
- When I was replacing the pipe i removed the injectior to clean the nosel, this was completely clean.
- The first leak started right after I filled the tank up full.
- After the pipe was replaced, the adblue worked normally and the capacity reduced normally. Obviously not the case anymore.
