Greetings

The vehicle tells it wants more AdBlue.

I have a 10 litre bottle of AdBlue.

The manual says caution/toxic do not spill / wash for 15 minutes.

I can't see any way to make a controlled delivery of 2 gallons from the bottle to the tiny AdBlue filler without some spillage.

Are you able to advise?

Thank you for reading.

Lol... The spout is behind the lable on most 10l tubs.

Included.

Got a pic of what you have?

One trick, once it's in there poke a hole in the top with a screwdriver to let air in and it will empty much faster.

Thank you for rereading.
How much AdBlue is your van asking for?
Don't overfill it!
I've never put a 10l container in my 6.1, I wait for it to tell me it needs 5 litres+ then buy a 5l pouch.

Ahh ... bugger. Thank you.

Too late to go back to ECP now ... I'll grab another and keep the spout.
Just used my old spouts to top garden canes so I don't poke my eyes out. Yes it's toxic. I put some AdBlue on the persistent "mares tails" weeds, they withered almost immediately and haven't returned. Of course I can't recommend this from an environmental perspective but it just shows how toxic it is.

You seen how much 10l of weedkiller would cost you these days? Might give this a whirl next spring. Can it be more toxic than weedkiller? 🤷‍♂️

Seeing as how it is a slightly diluted urea mix (urea and deionised water (same as in car batteries in the old days)), chances are it just burns/kills whatever plant/animals/bacteria it touches but after a few rains adds a nice amount of nitrogen to the soil. In theory.
Unfortunately, soil bacteria is more important that most of us realise - sterilised soil is not good, but once it has been diluted down the soil should be recolonised in time.
I don't think there is anything in there apart from water and urea.

So - if you are going to use it, use it in a very targeted and sparing manner. I don't think there are many substances that we can buy in supermarkets that are as toxic as some of the 'weedkillers' and 'pesticides' - whatever they say on the label and whether or not they have paid the Organic societies to rubberstamp them.

edit
No - I am not a hippy. Although I do find they make great fertiliser if composted for long enough.
