Acc issue Acc not available warning and exclamation mark

Hello all happy new year to you all, my acc has stopped working in my T6 whilst in France I have no warning lights just an exclamation mark next
To the little speedo (cruise) symbol, I have tried cleaning the radar, disconnected the battery and reconnected the next day, I still cannot get it to work can anybody help me
Out with some diagnostics in Gloucester

Can you read the fault codes?
Do you have access to anything like Carista, OBD11, VCDS, etc?

No Robert I don’t have an access to the diagnostic tools unfortunately I am trying to locate some help
