9 & 10.5 X 20 Will These Fit

Whilst looking at options for my 2018 Caravelle I found these which I like the look of, not sure how they might fit and I'd appreciate any informed opinion.

The are 9" fronts with an offset of 35 and 10.5" rears et40

They come with 275/40 x 20" tyres although the wheels can also be bought without tyres, they state they are the correct wheel rating for the vehicle.

The Caravelle is on standard height suspension.

I'm pretty certain, but are willing to be proved wrong that these wheels are only rated to 735kg

Just looked at that, they're listed as 765kg which wont work as the Caravelle is 3,080
On to plan B

have a look on rimstyle
you input your vehicle and they then list all suitably rated wheels
